Past can be beautiful and painful. It depends on the one's life how it was spent. No doubt, past is a bitter reality of everyone's life. We all have past and past can never be change. Some of we always remember the past whether it was bitter or sweet but they used to keep in their heads all the time. In this way, they ruin their entire upcoming life with stupidity. We should understand that we can't change past so we should take step out of it for the sake of finding good way to spend the remaining life in peaceful environment.

I also have harsh memories which I decided not to remember. I tried my best but sometimes I failed then later on, I start to avoid again. Well, we always try to make our surroundings peaceful because we are born to spread love not hate. This is also best for our health. Our half of the health become good when we feel entire happiness and peaceful environment. Say No to Remember Bitter Past, Instead, Start forgetting and finding peace in your life. That's how life should be!! Make your life smooth and tension free. Stay Happy!!
