For bread koftte
4 kg bread slice, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 t-spoon finely chopped green chillies
1 t-spoon yogurt
A pinch baking soda
1 t-spoon mix-garlic paste
salt to taste
Oil, for frying
For rice-
1 cup basmati rice, soaked for 15 minutes soaked
1 teapot
25 mm cinnamon slice
2 cardamom
2 cloves
salt to taste
For the gravy -
3 tablespoon oil
2 cloves
25 mm cinnamon slice
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 t-spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 t-spoon red chilli powder
2 t-spoon coriander-cumin powder
1/4 t-spoon turmeric powder
1 cup sliced tomatoes
salt to taste
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup boiled green peas
Mix well to make yogurt mixture
4 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
2 tablespoons finely chopped green coriander
2 tablespoon water
Method -
For bread koftte
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with 2 table-spoon water and mix well.
Divide this mixture into 15 equal parts, make each part of the sphere.
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick embroidery and put some koftas, fill them from golden side till they become golden.
Take out the oil-absorbing paper and put it aside.
For rice
Boil 2 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix fast, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, rice and salt and mix well.
Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the rice is soft. Separate each grain of rice from the thorn. Put aside.
For gravy
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan, put cloves and cinnamon and roast on medium flame for a few seconds.
Add onion, fry on medium flame and for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder and turmeric powder and roast on medium flame for 1 minute.
Add tomato and salt, cook on medium flame, stirring between 5 to 7 minutes or oil separation.
Add yogurt and mix well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
Spread the rice in a mashed baking tray, spread well from the back of the spoon.
Spread the bread koftas, putting the gravy above.
Finally add a mixture of curd and spread it well and bake it in a preheat oven at a temperature of 200 degrees centigrade for 15-20 minutes or cook for 2 minutes on high in microwave.
Serve warmly.
