You are a little dot in the vast endlessness of the universe

You will be gone within the glimpse on an eye.

And the world will just continue without you.

Your problems are not as big as you think.

We can all be grateful for even being alive.

Why stress the precious little time we have with negativity or stuff that doesn’t matter.

What did I do with my life?

Is life about having as much fun as possible?

Is life about contributions?

Is life about experience?

Is life about enlightenment?

Is life about making the world a better place for others?

The power of isolation. To just shut off from external distractions and be at ease with yourself.

You might get crazy along the way. You might want to kill yourself. You might be desperate.

But you get to know thyself.

Loneliness in nature will show you your spot, you place.

What do you obsess over? When out in the wild. Do you constantly think about work? About freedom? Fun?

Loneliness can create a clearer understanding of greatness. That is your own form or definition of being great, however.

We all just try to fit our own model of the world so we can accept ourselves and justify our actions within that big picture.

Your perception of reality isn’t the way reality is.

And as human beings we have a lot of trouble understanding that.

See, a lot of people don’t know that we only recognize about 10-40% and the rest is our brain on autopilot. Filling in the blanks.

We are unaware of so much going on around us.

Most of us aren’t even self-aware.

But some do realize that there is a greater potential in all of us.

Nobody is born superior to anybody.

It all comes down to exposure.

Does that stem from luck or fate? Who knows.

The chances of me being alive are so small.

Do I have a predestined gene in me, some function in the brain that somehow made me crave for all the knowledge I’m seeking out right now?

Trying to fulfill your potential can put a lot of weight on your shoulders and make you neglect the present moment.

What if? We’ll never know.

Written a couple months ago. Before I got into writing. I just wrote down some thoughts. Cringe.
