Introduction

Greetings friends on steemit. It is time to share with you different meals I enjoyed within the week. It includes carbohydrates, vitamins, grains, protein, iron etc. I will tell you who prepared it, why i choosed it and how much it cost me to buy it or prepare it. Let's start.

Vegetable soup.picture1 for lunch.

My Son is the one who prepared this vege soup. The soup was so delicious that i decided to eat only the soup without Garri. When my small boy asked, mummy why are you not eating it with Garri? I answered him, who Garri help? Just been funny.

Poriadge plantain is ine if the favorite food in my family. This one i cooked is both the ripe and unripe one. I am the one that prepared the food, i prepared it fresh tomatoes.

I also added onois, pepper, sent leaf, palm oil, salt to bring out the taste. Why fresh tomatoes you may ask? This is because tomatoes is loaded with lycopene which protects the cell from damage and potassium, vitamins B and E,It has so much nutrients that the body needs.

Sent leaf on its part contains vitamin C. It is very good for the heart and eyesight. It reduces high level of cholesterol and improve blood circulation.what of the sweet aroma that sentleaf gives to your meal. I love it so much.

This food cost me a total of 1k or 9 steem. You can see that it is adorable and rich at the same time.plantain too is a good source of fibire, vitamins and minerals.Also it contains antioxidants that fight free radicals.

Monkey kola (breakfast)

I will stop monkey kola this time because it is the season and it is everywhere now. My main reason of consuming it daily is because of my eyes. Since i am to eat carrots daily and there is no carrots now. I have to switch on to monkey kola since it is very good for eye sight.

I bought this food from a restaurant because i was away from home.the ingredients in it are, bitter leaf, maggie, meat, pepper, salt, water leaf, stockfish. The price was 4steem.

Nawaoooo,ma you really had good food consumed during the week and they are all cooked in the house.

That porridge plantain is really a good food as it is nutritious and also tastes good.tgat tomato used to cook it made it more attractive and am beginning to like visiting you so as to eat more of your food rather than just looking at them here.
