We are slowly losing hope as a Witness... but we don't want to give up!

It has been 72 days since we are a witness,
we try as much as we can. Within 3 months, we spent $ 250 on the server itself. How much did we earn? 2 Steem Power! Some of us asked "why you are doing this". We answered "It's about supporting the platform itself" and we were right, we do not expect anything. However, what is the point of stagnation? If you can not see progress? Nowadays, people are where money is, if someone has a big Steem Power, everyone will follow him, talk with him, theoretically people will lick his ass. So how can a new witness get the recognition of people? Recently, we found a witness who sends people "I voted for you, vote for me" messages. Such a person is 100 positions above us, his posts are not even in English, he didn't even write Witness Update. Is this a good road? No. In addition, we have so many great witnesses at Steemit. Most people have already cast their votes on them. We do not really know what to do. Little by little we come out of ideas, we've been organizing something every now and then, nothing brings results.
Daily Curation Report's
We have been writing the Daily Curation Report for a month. However, it does not bring anything. In addition to writing this post, we pasted a comment under someone's post about the fact that he was mentioned in our post. Most people did not even enter our post. The activity was poor. Therefore, we stop writing a daily curation report. We just do not see the point. We will continue to support undervalued authors leaving under their post a small comment about the fact that we appreciate their content.
We don't know how long we can do our best without seeing any progress.
We are normal people from a poor Polish country and we have our own lives and dreams. It is not easy, but we have made this investment. We do not want to give up now, so we will give ourselves some more time and see what will happen next.

After every raining comes sunny, after every cold days becoming warm days.
Most people never reach their goal, because they don't really want it. They just wanna be succesfull. This is a soft generation, but to win this game you need sometimes thing biger and see thing that no one can see.
Don't lose your faith, you have people who gonna support you anyway. It's like Naruto with the Kyuubi inside. Nobody want talk with him, nobody want be his friends, becuase people was afraid. This was really common kid with the feelings, who wanna make everyone his friend and he did it even with beast inside. I think you are created to challenge yourself, which you can face as soon as you believe it. Even the beasts can be tamed, although it seems impossible. It's the same with your steemit mission. Now you think is really hard, but is still possible.
