For a tree to grow from a seed and bear fruit what is needed? Environment, Atmosphere, Nourishment and the right soil. You just can't keep hopes from a seed that is planted amongst rocks or thorny bushes to flourish and bear fruits. Every seed needs its own unique soil texture and environment to grow.
