Continuous Process Where the Goal is to Always Keep Getting Better Every Day
How do you know if you're on the right track with your goal? What's the best way to measure how far you've gone? If you're not very sure what this means, let me explain it. There are two types of goals in any continuous process: those that have one purpose and a goal for the future and those where there is a clear direction and a goal to reach as well. For instance, if you want to lose 100 pounds, then make sure that you eat healthy foods and work out on a regular basis. You don't want to just lose the weight; you want to keep it off.
