What we're building
Our team is building a decentralized prediction market on the STEEM blockchain. We expect to have an open alpha released later this year. No additional information will be given at this time, updates will follow in the coming months.

Color me intrigued!
The BitShares chain already has native support for prediction markets, and there are pretty good bridges between Steem and BitShares. There's currently no major website hosting and marketing BitShares prediction markets, so that seems like it would be a much better opportunity than trying to build it on Steem.
