Norwegian Music Award

Today the yearly "Spellemannsprisen" nominees was released. Spellemannsprisen is the Norwegian music industry yearly award show.

As always there is some controversy among who sould be awarded or not. It is as always a struggle between artistic integrity and commercial success. Usually the jury messes up both criterias. But this year was a bit better than usual.

No Hip Hop genre is of course sad. Especially since this year there was lots of good Norwegian hip hop released. NMG RLE!

I for one miss: PRTLVX in the rock genre. Shame they didn't get more noticed. Posting a song from them, and the link to the album on Spotify.

I am also dissapointed by the "music video" category. Just pretencious political correct- mumbo jumbo. Store P should have had it just because of of the fact he got a submarine in his video :-)
