HOW TO STOP WINDOWS UPDATE [cryptomedianews.co]

Step 1
In RUN (Windowskey+R) type “services.msc“, the services page will be open

Step 2
Search for "Windows Update"

Step 3
Click “Stop” if status is “Live” or “Checking/Running“

Step 4
Select “Disabled” on “Startup type“
CMN (7).jpeg

Step 5
Apply & Restart

*Do it again and make sure that it is disabled
Also if you want you can disable more services..
