Last DAY : Coffee KILLS !!!

Welcome back steemians , this is the last day and , i would like to end it with a very substantial subject and that is Coffee.

Coffee, is one of the most things used as from 2015 to 2016 about 918 , 000 , 000 , 000 cups of coffee were drunk and that is a abnormally number for a beverage used.

To start things we must talk about coffee's history.Coffee was discovered by a person called Kaldi , an Arab graze sheep he noticed that his sheeps were getting very hyper after eating from this plant.( Coffee Arabica )

Kaldi gathered some of these beans and showed them to the chiefs of the town , due to them not knowing what it was and when they eated it they felt energetic therefore, they decided to burn it but , when they were burning it they smelt a good smell so , they removed it from the fire and put it in boilling water and that was the first cup of coffee ever made.

But have you ever asked ever why coffee makes you feel energetic?
-This is because coffee contains Caffeine.

You may ask why does caffeine makes you feel active?
-In your body you have something called Adenosine receptors and when these Adenosine receptors are filled by adenosine hormone you get tired and that is when you need to sleep.

The problem is that caffeine looks like it so it fits into these receptors instead of adenosine receptors so you don't feel tired

 The more you drink coffee the more you will have caffeine in your body so your body will produce more receptors so you will drink more coffee to get the same feeling.

So you could reach a piont where you can not live without coffee and if you stop it once you will suffer from consequence
