Perhaps the greatest comic strip of all time! If you have not yet experienced the Freak Brothers you are in for a fantastic treat! ... and if you have then get ready to be reminded how good pen and ink cartoons can be!
I hope these works will inspire a new generation of artists to continue this great art form.
All credit to Gilbert Shelton & Mavrides - please look out for their works... buy some if you get the chance. If you have any of their original comics they are now going for $50 and up on Amazon in good condition!

Haha yes, Franklin had the brains, if not always the luck! Phineas Phreak was too much of an idealist but he did have mastery of chemistry very much in his favour! I guess I am closest to Fat Freddy ... though I aspire to have better hygiene and cat skills!

Hope you get a chance to follow my N00b squad cartoon strip. I prefer pen and ink drawing as an artist but I feel like people are more visually attracted to brighter colors and tectures so it's done digitally. Thanks for the good post.
