「Travel & Food」北京烤鸭 / The Peking Duck 20190603
第一次吃正宗的北京烤鸭大概是在2015年,下了飞机以后由北京土著朋友带了去饱餐了一顿,那会儿才知道原来鸭架子可以做成泡饭食用。那只鸭子的味道已经不甚记得,当时心里的那份悸动倒是记得清清楚楚。
在杭州这些年一直没有尝试去寻找极富北京特色的烤鸭和铜盆火锅,最近在上海倒是吃到了一次。这次依然没有选择将鸭架子做成泡饭(有膻味),我们选择做成椒盐味的烤鸭架带回家做下酒菜。两人点一只烤鸭和两份蔬菜,光是吃肉的部分已是有饱腹感,下次还是想约上三五好友一同去吃。
btw,原来北京烤鸭的精华是被烤得juicy又松香酥脆的鸭皮。学到的新吃法是蘸上些白糖,那滋味绝对比蘸普通酱料好吃好多,推荐大家一定要尝试一下噢:D
