Apostate? Kafir?

These two words are often used as an arena to stab others, due to the many laymen who are presumptuous and dare to speak in the name of religion as if his words were able to present the religion itself.

And it is indeed stated that the end-time slander that is very dangerous, among others is: جاهل متنسك ignorant religious people.

The infidel means to close oneself,
people who are reluctant to accept Islamic sensibilities are called people who close themselves to Islam.
And apostasy means a man who reversed, in the original sense of Islam but he turned out of Islam.
Language: Muslims can be called infidels, kafirs of other religions,
and the convert can also be called apostate that is the apostasy of the previous religion.

But many who do not know that calling their fellow Muslims a kafir or apostate is dangerous and can even make themselves apostates.

Apostasy can only be mentioned for people who ACKNOWLEDGE themselves out of Islam.
In addition, it is not right for others to call apostasy to other Muslim brothers.
If people were free to convert others whom he claimed to be an apostate, then the Companions of the Prophet must have been competing to convert Ubay bin Salul the munafiq who pretended to Islam but often insulted the Prophet Muhammad.
But see exactly how the Prophet Muhammad treated him?

There are three kinds of apostasy:

1. behaviors: such as deliberately acting demeaning of Islam Just call it an example of trampling on the Qur'an.

2. word: there is absolute (like: Prophet Muhammad is stupid),
   there are multitafsir (like languages ​​that are still ambiguous).
   For the absolute then someone can be called apostasy, but for the multi-interpretation then only he who knows he is an apostate or not because it depends on his intention.

3. wishful thinking: such as doubting the truth of Islam or the Prophet Muhammad's Prophet. The latter is more privacy again, anyone has no space to intervene because only those who have the fantasy that know.

And while some may be called apostates,
who is entitled to mention he is an apostate or not it is not everyone let alone a layman like us.
Determination of the person's apostasy must go through a long interrogation process of the ulama who hold qadhi, call it the MUI leader for Indonesia.
Thus, those who show signs of apostasy are summoned and interrogated by the qadhi then it is determined he or she is an apostate.
As for fellow ordinary people, there is nothing but good for fellow Muslims and not judge the faith of others but choose to advise in good language.

In the text of the Prophet's language it is affirmed that who calls his Muslim brother with an apostate / heathen may be his own apostate / heathen.

Even in the long tradition of Imam Muslim narrations, the Prophet stated "that there will be religious people who love to read the Qur'an until the light of the Qur'an appears on his face but he accuses his own neighbor of apostasy"
Companions asked: "Who is the Apostle, O Messenger of God, who accuses or is accused" ?.
The Prophet replied: "it is the accusing!"

And such a reckless attitude just makes Muslims even more non-Muslim and reluctant to approach the religion of Islam.
Though Imam Ghazali, one of the greatest scholars of the fourth century declared: "the rise of infidelity on earth is half the sins will be borne by religious people but defames God with his bad language and behavior."
