Add video button not working on Face slim app

Expected Behaviour
When i click on the add video button on the face slim app i expect to be directed to my phone videos folder to be able to choose which video to upload.
Actual Behaviour
When i click on the add video button i get directed to a page where i get to add the caption for the video and not the video.
How To Reproduce
download the face slim app from fdroid
open the app and log into face book
just below the navigation bar on the facebook homepage
click on photo, it takes you to a page where you can select whether to upload a video or a photo
Click on Add video
Browser: face slim v 3.3.0
Operating System: Android 7.0

I was unable to replicafe the bug as it worked well on Android 7.0 and 6.0 using the 3.3.0 version.
