Japanese rice set and ramen for dinner
Thanks to mother-in-law who came to take care of our children. My husband and I got to go out to spend time together. After we watched a movie, we walked to a mall nearby called Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur.
We went to where all the Japanese dining was and ordered for ourselves a set of Japanese rice consisted of chicken chop in 'Nagoya' style, steamed fish in miso sauce, stewed root vegetable and Kimchi. This was served with a bowl of rice and a soup.
We also ordered miso ramen from another stall which was famous for their authentic ramen, the soup was made with natural ingredients. Super delicious dinner we had. I gave thanks for food like this once a while.
