Siu Mai Dimsum

Siu Mai all the way from Sarawak, East Malaysia!

My parents came from Sarawak to Kuala Lumpur and packed this goodies frozen in their luggage. These were made by my mum's friend. Homemade and healthy, she used good quality minced pork too. Super generous with ingredients which consisted of minced pork, minced shrimps, minced mushrooms, minced spring onion, and minced carrots on top!

All I needed to do was to take out from freezer and steamed for 15 minutes. Super tasty and delicious. We love to eat this with ketchup or chilli sauce.
