Pork Siumai

I think most people love 'siu mai', a famous Chinese dumplings usually served together as dimsum group. This one was bought as well by my brother and sister-in-law, well done by the seller. The texture of the meat is bouncy, juicy and tasty enough, although it doesn't contain fat content of pork and no shrimps as well. Most 'siumai' is a mixture of lean pork and fat pork and shrimp, but this is simple ground pork with seasonings. Very delicious.

You can easily make 'siumai' at home but to save time, I usually also bought from dimsum shop. We love to dip our siumai into ketchup. What about you?
