Superfood
Today, another delivery of my parcel arrived!!!
Trying to make a healthier version of gluten-free bread. I had tried several times two types of gluten-free bread; buckwheat chia seed bread AND brown rice bread.
The buckwheat chia seed bread is so far fantastic. But the rice bread still need a little amendment. So I saw this recipe adding some millet and flaxseed to make it not so dry and more chewy.
I shall try soon. Wish me luck!
Eating healthy does need to spend a little more than usual, but people say health is wealth, so I really don't mind to spend on food which promotes health🥰.
