Refuge
This photo calms me. It takes me back to the times when my mama used to give me her warm hugs to stop me from crying. I am still amazed of how powerful this simple act could be .
A simple hug could change people. It can free someone from the pain that has long been lingering.It's warmth can reach out to the hearts of those left behind.Hugs can fill gaps.It can replace doubt with reassurance and trust. Hugs sometimes are the words we never had the courage to say out loud.A hug could mean forgiveness, love and reconciliation. Most of the time, a hug is all we need .
So the next time someone needs one. You know what to do =)
