The diary game: 28/5/2021// unending season
Greetings dear steemians,
This is my second entry into #thediarygame and my second post on steemit as a newbie. Yes, I do know that I have to do and complete my achievement posts and I will but first off, don't you want to know how I spent my day?

Dear diary, I felt really happy waking up today and I don't even know why but first off, I'll like to point out my gratitude to God for the gift of life. I usually wake up at 5 am, it's a routine already. So, I seldom wake up later. I made sure to do the necessities the morning requires. But because I have a younger sibling around who does some of the chores, I didn't have much to do. I just swept the kitchen and started cooking.
After some time, I was done cooking. I made vegetable yam porridge. I dished out every one's meal and ate mine. Of course, before that I had already brushed my teeth and took my bath. After serving the meal, I went on to do other things which I will like to keep anonymous for now😅

After my morning routine, I was sent to the market by my mom to buy some clothes and maybe some African materials too. I left the house by 11am and couldn't get to the market early because of the bad condition of the road. The weather was gloomy and it looked like it wanted to rain, so, it was hard to spot a vehicle that would transport me to my destination but I later got one and I reached the market some minutes to 1pm.
The market was full of people rushing to buy and sell before the rain starts falling. While others was busy, I had to find my way too. I went to our usual baby clothes seller and she gave me the ones she had. I made selections and took the ones I preferred the most. I paid her and went my way.

I also went to the African material sellers and made enquiry of the prices and they told me. I had already made purchase of baby things of about 10,000 naira which equals to 50 steem. The baby things were for my sister's child.so, I just had to go home since I couldn't buy the African materials.

While going home, i stopped at the market and bought some things to cook soup. Getting home, I made a traditional soup and garri. We ate and called it a day.
