NEVER Underestimate - BUT Try To Figure Out The POSTIVE Out Of EVERY Person !!

One of the very common thing that we very eventually do in our life knowingly or unknowingly is of underestimating people around us and that is not something that we intentionally do sometimes it is but most of the times it isn't it is a kind of human nature that we are having in our brain and that has got inculcated because of the things we have been thinking and the mindset that has been growing in us.

The thing that eventually do in our life is that we can try to judge people based on Saturn factors and depending on the result of those factors we try to keep them in a capital which is either higher than or lower than US and that is completely with in our own head we do not speak about that most of the times and weak but take decisions regarding on the result we got from the factors and those factors primarily include the qualification of that person as well as the financial worth of that person.

But what we have seen people in life they underestimate people as they feel that this is just an ordinary water in a company who would he be to teach me something or what is there to learn from him please just taking auditing doing are acting at a point and myself I am a manager I do not required to take any assistance from that person so this is what was the people having and that is not intentionally as I earlier mentioned.

The factors that no one in this entire world is completely what is this what is having something which is to be completely ignore what is shearing having one or the other name in himself or herself that is what makes him or her unique and amazing and that's what is the thing which which are getting to learn from that person not by just ignoring that person based on the factors which we only have set.

Even if a person is completely unqualified he has not went to school any time is life but he still would be having one or the other things that you can learn from him which is going to be meaning very fruitful in your life and that one thing is present in each and every person on this planet and then what we should be targeting to learn instead of comparing ourselves with other people based on factors like qualification and money these are completely senseless but growing age what is by learning the things which other people can't see in other people.

Just for an example a terrorist is one of those persons in this world whom most of the people hate the most but from angle if you think then you will get to know that that person is doing whatever he is doing just for the safety of his family if you have seen some documentaries usually have noticed that those people who are the tourist they are threatened that their families would be killed if they do not do what they are order to and for the safety of their own family they do whatever you sleep then do it and that is showing that they are having a real sense of loyality towards their family and having a really good sense of responsibility towards their family but the thing that most of the people see is the thing that there doing but not the reason on the good effect behind that activity.

There is a good way to find each and every thing happening in the world as well as a good qualities that every person possesses and that is what we should be targeting to learn out from that person not just comparing ourselves with others based on factors which are completely silly.
