HEAR THE WORD
Luke 8:4-18
V. 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
There is no good soil except farmer make use to it. if farmer make not use of it it will grow bushes. The most powerful gate in this life is your ear. Be careful what you hear because what you hear have an effect in your spirit.
God said to Adam "be fruitful" the power of fruitfulness enters his spirit. What you listen becomes what you are. proverb 28:10, faith comes by hearing..... either you listen to life or death.

What if I have faith God will do something for me without hearing from anyone
Sure
The ear is a gateway to the seat of the soul. What we feed our ears with, determines what our soul feeds on.
You are right! Faith is built up by hearing the word of God, which is truth, which is life, and which is the way to salvation and eternal life... This is all our soul needs to manifest the true power of God in life today.
