Carrot and almond pate
INGREDIENTS:
• 100 g of almonds
• 100 g walnuts
• 4 large carrots (about 500 g)
• 1 sweet Bulgarian pepper
• salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Soak almonds for 10-12 hours. Remove the skin from it.
- Grind all ingredients with a food processor to obtain a homogeneous mass.
