My Town In 10 Pics || A Day On The Streets Of Karachi || 12/03/2022 || Club 100
I was in my University when I recieved a call from my dad that I have to visit the furniture market to get some stuff for our new house. So after getting free from my work, I set out on the streets of Karachi and started my journey. On my journey, I clicked some amazing pictures of different places in Karachi which I think deserve to be posted on steemit under #mytown10pics. Let's take you on a tour.
1. GORA QABRISTAN, KARACHI

The word Gora Qabristan literally translates to White Graveyard in English. This is the first and the oldest graveyard for the Christian community in Karachi. It was built in 1843 while the British still ruled over us. It covers more than 20 acres of area. In the Gora Qabristan, lie the bodies of of more than 3,000 Poles who were deported by the Soviet Union during 1942-1945 to Karachi. All of them rest in this Graveyard. One more fun fact about this graveyard is that the Cross you see in the picture above is the largest Cross in South East Asia.

My second home for a couple of more years. Jinnah Sindh Medical University is the second best Medical school in Karachi. JSMU provides alot of courses to it students which includes MBBS, BDS, DPT, D-PHARM, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, NURSING and much more. I stood there in this picture to add more value to it

This is the biggest McDonald's branch we have in Karachi. It's located on the Main Shahre faisal where people commute the most. McDonald's has had a really good business in Karachi as they have never compromised on their quality. Even then I prefer KFC over McDonald's xD
4. ROTARY CLUB OF KARACHI

The Rotary club of Karachi provides many oppurtunities to the common people of this city. Rotary Club has been consistently working towards goodwill, world peace, better understanding between people, integrity and much more. My friend is the Co-chair person of the Rotary club. I clicked this beautiful picture while I visited this community center with him
5. SAFARI PARK, KARACHI

Karachi is stuck in classism. If not classism then a wage gap. There are lots of amusement parks where the lower middle class people can't even think of visiting due to high charges. Safari Park is a place for all. The entry ticket to this park is only Rs 50 in which you get access to all the things in this park. There are a lot of things you can do. For instance there's a small zoo inside, where there are lots of Animals. There are different rides, fountains and much more. One day I'll do a complete tour of Safari Park on Steemit.
6. EXPO CENTER, KARACHI

Expo Center is the biggest community center in Karachi. All the major events take place in the Expo Center. For instance, book fairs, army shows, O/Alevel exams and much more. I was lucky to witness the biggest beauty and fashion show of Pakistan in Expo Center Karachi. The show included many famius models and different sorts of beauty products.
7. BIN HASHIM, JOHAR, KARACHI

Bin Hashim is the biggest Super Market in Johar, karachi and is also one of the biggest supermarts all over Karachi. At Bin Hashim you can get everything. It's a one stop shop, quite Literally. I clicked this snap when I visited this Mart to get a Litter Scooper for my cat.

I was in constant Dilemma of whether I should post this picture here on Steemit or not. But then I thought to myself why not? That's my best friend @atifjamal in this Picture, paying his respect to the effed up legal system of Pakistan. We had to unfortunately visit this Police Station as Police Personnels had lifted our bike.

This place will always have a special place in my heart. No matter where I go, no matter what I am doing, no place will ever be able to take place of St Patrick's in my heart. I spent my childhood here. I studied in St Patrick's since Primary to Olevel. I excelled in my English Language due to this School. I got my confidence from my school. I visited this school today to get in touch with the Principal as I want to arrange a Dental Camp here.

I took this picture a couple of hours ago when I visited this ATM to withdraw some cash. This picture gives such mellow vibes. Its 1 am in the morning, there's no one around, just me, my camera and an empty street
