Art Photography : Sculpture The Eagle
Dear Steemians!!
I want to share an art photography of sculpture the eagle that I captured at our the art exhibition in Aceh Culture park a few months ago. This sculpture this is the work of a senior artist who lives in Aceh, Rein Asmara. He finished this work just a week by using cement. It's awesome, I had never try to make work like this, maybe someday I will try it too. He has a big spirit to work even though he is 72 year old,
I must have his spirit to be a great artist like him. At this time I helped him to paint it gold oil painting.

That is an amazing statue, done in just a week from cement? So did he start with a big block and chisel it down - or mould the form and just tweak it after? Incredible work from someone of 72 years of age! It's fantastic you can share your love of art with someone else, and help them achieve an incredible piece of work like this.

yeah he made some amazing statues and paintings. Earlier he made a skeleton of iron wire then he added cements and shaped it. I just help to paint it. He is one of my teacher and we ever did art exhibition together twice.
