What Jesus Really Said
We've all been lied to before or we've even taken half truths to be reality. Often times what Jesus actually said and didn't say gets skewed in the media, textbooks, and unfortunately even in some churches. If you thought Jesus came to tell you all the wrong you've done in your life and the wrong you and I continue to do then we are utterly missing the point of his mission to Earth.
Although he mentioned those things, the highlight of what he taught gets sooo undermined. Here's my thoughts on the words of Jesus and what this actually means for our lives. You may be surprised and this may shift your paradigm of what you originally thought about Jesus.
What are your thoughts about Jesus?
Do you want to live in a perfect world free of disease, wars, oppression, violence and all evil?
Are you satisfied with living in an evil world?
Have you ever heard about the Kingdom of God?
These are questions I've asked myself many times throughout my life. As an idealist The Kingdom of God is the greatest treasure that I have come to discover. I mean who wouldn't want a perfect world?....
I guess some don't unfortunately.
Personally I'm an Atheist, but I can see there was a good idea behind religion originally.
If you don't mind me inquiring, I'm curious to know how you view the world from your perspective as an atheist.
I view the world like you man, I just think the ending is a little different haha. I still have plenty of emotion for everything.
How do you see all this ending?
I don't see it really man, I just think it ends, I would love an afterlife for sure, I just find it hard to imagine if that makes sense, because of course it would be hard to imagine haha
Do you think we can know what's next?
Definitely not man, I think anyone who has died and been revived has gone through a traumatic experience and probably hallucinated anything they seen, I completely open to the the idea of an afterlife, I just sorta need to see it to believe it haha.
