這間梅光軒來自北海道的旭川，最出名的應該是它的醬油拉麵，湯底和麵也不錯，當然你不要指望它能有北海道店舖的水準了，味道偏清淡，不會過濃，簡單卻美味。

Is this Hokkaido style ramen tuned to HKers' liking? To my understanding, Hokkaido style ramen is supposed to be thick in broth and intensively strong in flavour.
