燒鹽麴熟成五花腩定食

這五花腩可和我們一般吃到的不同，使用了鹽麴醃製來軟化肉質和帶出濃厚的肉味。五花腩燒得表皮香脆，包著裡面濃厚的肉汁，配上日本米飯，好吃！
