Ingredients

Carrot - 4 large cut into small pieces
Water - 4 glasses
Sugar - 4 tablespoon
Plain yogurt - 4 tablespoon
Orange juice - 1 tablespoon

Methods

Place the carrot in a blender, blend them well and strained with a strainer.
further, add all other ingredients and carrot juice. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour the smoothie in the glasses and serve immediately.
Garnished with optional toppings if desired.
