Proposal Description
Emoji
eSteem Surfer is a social and blogging based client for the Steem blockchain, it's vital to have emoticons on editor's panel most especially when message function is implemented. Many people love this feature after it was implemented in the latest announcement post.
Auto Save User's Content
In the previous version, when a user had an abrupt ending, user's content in the editor is wiped off. Now, user's content is saved locally and doesn't wipe off any longer.
Table Insert
The table was in fix state, I suggest this so users can insert preferred rows and columns but the developer tweaked the table icon to have a list of columns (2,3).

People love emojis cuz it shows expression than typed words. With this feature, user's will be able to use emojis in comment, post and message boxes.
Auto Save User's Content
With this feature, user's will no longer lose their hectic article if they have unexpected ending.
Table Insert
User's can now insert preferred table columns.

I myself use surfer daily to post and it really feels good to have these features implemented.
Emojis are really a good way to express feelings without typing much. I find the use of emojis little less important on a platform like this , however this feature was implemented which speaks of its necessity to the developer.
Auto - saving of drafts is most important of the three features suggested and it will improve the usage and functionality of esteem surfer tremendously.
Table insert is also a very good addition as it will save a lot of time eliminating the burden of typing manually.
I would like you to be more detailed when you explain the benefits in your next contribution.
