    Pigs are another animal Ive been considering. I was thinking of Large Blacks. What do you have?

    Our boar is a Berkshire Yorkshire cross and my sows half Yorkshire have Hampshire cross. So that makes the babies quarter Burke, quarter Hamp, Half York.

    Cool! We were gifted a pot belly cross that we had processed and found that farm pork was much much much better than anything i had ever had in the store. I was hooked from first taste!
