I prefer online shopping because it is very easy and saves time. I can shop from home to without going out.the Online stores are open 24 houres so I can buy all the things anytime when I want. There are many choices to I can compare prices to find the best of deals. Sometimes there are the discounts with online that are not available in the stores.

However, I miss touching and checking the products before buying, which is possible in offline shopping. But for me, the convenience of online shopping is more important. It helps me avoid crowds and long lines, making the experience more comfortable.

Yes, I had a bad experience with online shopping. I ordered a shirt, but it was the wrong size and color. Returning it was very hard, and it took a long time to get my money back.

I also had a problem with offline shopping. Once, I bought a bag from a store, but later, I saw it was damaged. When I went back to return it, the shopkeeper didn’t accept it and said I had damaged it myself.

Both experiences were disappointing, and now I try to check everything properly before buying, whether online or offline.
