Sri Lankan Hi-Tea Set with Drinks for 2 People
Are you looking for something different to enjoy a drink with friend ? Today i present to to you this fave deal review. Do take note that this deal can only claim between 3 pm to 6 pm .
This deal bring me to this place call Serendib Restaurant & Bar. This restaurant food are focusing mostly on Sri Lankan cuisine.
In this deal , it come with the following thing .
Sri Lankan Sambal set
Four(4) Appams(choose from) :
* Plain
* egg
* sweet
* PaalTwo(2) beverage (choose from):
* Sri Lankan teh tarik
* Masala teh
* Bru Coffee
For Appams , i choose 1 of each type of Appams so that i can show you how all of it look like . For beverage , i choose the Sri Lankan teh tarik and Masala teh since everyone know how coffee taste like .
Here is how it look like .
Left side is the Masala teh , right side is the Sri Lankan teh tarik .
This Sri Lankan Sambal set contain Senni Sambol (top) ,coconut sambol (left or orange color ) , katta sambol(right) and curry leaf sambol (green or bottom)
Appams Plain (top)-nothing on it
Appams egg (left)- with egg on it .
Appams sweet(bottom) - coconut milk with brown sugar
Appams Paal (right)- with coconut milk on it
Appam is a type of pancake, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk.
According to the stuff , this is how you eat it. put the sambal on it and wrap it up than eat it .

It seem like grabfood got do food delivery for them as well and been mention a few time on tripadvisor .
How to get there?
You can come here by Public transport using LRT to Ampang Park station and take a 3 miutes walk to G tower.
Once you reach the G tower , you need to find this entrance. It is locate at the lower ground floor.
My verdict
This meal is amazing because it is my first time eating a different type of indian meal that feel different . The Sri Lankan teh tarik may taste like milk tea but you will feel it is different from the usual " mamak " teh tarik due to the fragrance of the tea leaves . according to the stuff, they use imported tea leaves from Sri Lankan . The Masala teh spice is strong . The Sambal set 4 flavor each bring its own unique experience . The Appams was soft in the middle but crispy near the side . When you put all the four different sambal in each Appams , the flavor will burst in your mouth .
It is like taking a trip to Sri Lankan itself as you eat and drink with all this frangance from the drink and spice from the Sambal .
Therefore i conclude that this fave deal is a worth while deal if you are looking for a place to have a drink with friend while having a great experience as well .
Anyway since only me is here , this meal ended up become my dinner since i still feel full as i finish writing this .

In Japan, there is a dessert called "crepe", which is a thin peel wrapped in chocolate and so on. This dish is not a dessert, it's like a crepe meal!
