snow fungus red date soup
I decide to try something different . Seem like everyone is posting a lot of pastry type of dessert or ice cream .
So i decide to show you all this snow fungus red date soup . This is a dessert soup commonly serve in chinese restaurant .
This one is sold at this restaurant call mummy's noodles house .
They sell it for RM5.80 per bowl . It is believe to have many health benefit when drinking this type of soup like anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor .
Here are some other picture on it.
The stuff told me they always boil new one every 2 day cause they never use any preservative and can only last for 2 days in chiller.
Here is how around the restaurant look like.
You can come here by LRT by going to wangsa maju station than take a 5 minutes walk .
