Playing Basketball with my dog - 年紀大了，「放狗」(溜狗) 已是最大運動量
當人到中年，有一件事情是最容易懶，便是「運動」。但是當缺乏運動後，體型便會隨之而改變，肚腩漸大。
當肚腩大了，需要有極大的意欲 或 理由才會去運動。其中一個方法，便是將運動與家裡的事務相關，當中太太選了「放狗」(溜狗)給我去鍛鍊身體，一外出要30分鐘至1小時。
有時會一起外出走走自然的環境，也有時會與小狗一起去打籃球。在溜狗的過程中，順道也鍛練身體。
