I'm going to smash all my roads to bits - the whole riverrun expressway. I'm going to upgrade and update it, put roundabouts in, clean, nice looking exchanges - and it is going to be fantastic, glorious, and beautiful!

Or is it?

This is the final video for this particular city. Will it end in terror and turmoil? How many citizens will survive?

Will the road be elegant, or will it be a monumental failure?
