Channel "F" Community Welcomes Our New Moderators from Indonesia and Pakistan

It's been three weeks since the Channel "F" Community started and slowly we are gaining attention from users around the platform. As we wanted to prepare the community and expand our community horizon, we need global active moderators who can speak different languages ​​to help the community development and its progress.

Our admin @juichi has been trying to contact individuals who have the potential to become good moderators and who have a good Steemit record. One of those who responded is @waterjoe from Indonesia and @yousafharoonkhan from Pakistan. Both of them are active in Steemit and have been here for a long time. They are respected community leaders in their countries and communities. They are also experienced in the niches that our community offers.

Here is the short bio of the newly hired community Moderators;

My name is @waterjoe, 48 years old and I have been in Steemit since February 2021.
I have got Steem power of 21,122.33 Steem and I am on #club100 status as of this time.
I am an Indonesian and my interests and hobbies are in Arts, Writing, and sports.
Also, I am an Active food blogger.

My reason why I am willing to serve as a MOD in our community is to reach across countries and as a team we will work together for the development of the community.
As of now, all I can suggest for the progress of this community is, no restrictions on content to be posted. And it's best if >MODs' will verify it simultaneously with good cooperation and mutual support.

My name is @yousafharoonkhan. I am 36 years old and I have been in Steemit since Nov 2007.
I have got Steem power of over 21,000 and I am in #club100 status.

I am a Pakistani, and my interest and hobbies are photography, travel, food, teaching, writing, and splinterland game.
Also, I am interested in garments and I have an online garment business.

The reason why I am willing to serve as a MOD in our community is to connect with people in different countries. I am >very much interested to work in the community and show my best as a Moderator. Also, I love the new theme of the >Channel "F" community.

Agreed duties and responsibilities of a Channel "F" Moderator;

• Good role model and a follower of Steemit rules.
• Evaluate all content posted in the community and must check for plagiarism, steemexclusivity, and club status.
• Must help new users to know more about the community and to guide them for their growth.
• Help the admin in community works such as posting community updates and initiating contests using the community account.
• Promote the community to their country.
• Must be active in engaging with the members and commenting on members' posts.
• Refrain from doing any act of abuse ( disrespect, insult, racism).

Benefits of a moderator;

As we all know that the community has just started and we don't have any resources to be given to the moderators but one thing is for sure, this rule will open many doors, it helps you to be known to the platform and more chances to be supported by the curators. If ever the time comes we can establish this community there we will discuss in what way the community could pay your efforts in this community.
