सोचती हूँ कभी कभी तन्हाई में ।

किसी धुन को सुनकर क्या तुम खो रहे होगे,
या उसी को सुनकर, सच्चाई से वाकिफ हो रहे होगे ?

कभी कभी, तनहा बैठ कर में सोचती हूँ,
खुद को आईने में देख कर, क्या तुम बस आगे चल देते होगे?
या एक बार मुस्कुरा कर, अपनी एहमियत को कदर देते होगे?

तुम इस ज़िन्दगी क पहिये में फस कर हर रोज़,
क्या फिर से तैयार खड़े होते होगे?
या भुला कर सब कुछ, कुछ पल के लिए,
खुद को भी वक़्त दे देते होगे?

सोचती हूँ कभी कभी तन्हाई में,
शायद तुम मुझे याद करते होगे जब बेबस और तन्हा होते होगे,
या व्यस्त होकर भी कभी कभी,
मुझे सोच लेते होगे?

फिर अचानक हस्ती हूँ, इन बेमतलब सवालो पर,
क्यूंकि जवाब तो इनके, तुम्हारे पास खुद भी नहीं होते होंगे ।

ENGLISH TRANSLATION :-

Sometimes I wonder

Sometimes I wonder, when I sit alone,
That what might you be wondering about?
Would you be feeling happy while thinking about someone,
or would you be crying while thinking about them?
Would you be loosing yourself while listening to a melody,
or would you instead be getting awakened while listening to it.

Sometime I wonder when I sit alone,
Do you just move ahead after watching yourself in the mirror?
Or do you pause, smile and be happy watching the importance of your existence?

Do you stand up every day to go for work, while still trapped in the circle of life?
Or you somedays, take a rest, forget everything and give yourself some time?

I sometimes think when I sit alone,
Do you remember me only when you feel sad, broke and alone,
Or do you also remember me, when you are busy in your life.

And then I suddenly laugh on myself, and on these illogical questions,
because not even you could actually answer these doubts of mine.
