This was in 2016 so I don't think Q was a thing yet.
While there is certainly an overabundance of Government and red tape in some areas, Government for the most part, is a 100% necessity. Without it, a country would erupt into total chaos in no time flat. Take the Middle East or Africa for example; Those contain the least governed countries on the planet, and have as a result, turned into total cesspools of poverty, corruption, violence, and anti-Christian hate centers. Without a responsible Government based on strong Christian values, nothing else of value is possible within any country.
