Ingredients:
Topping Chicken:
500 gr breast meat, diced (boiled briefly, drained)
1 pound lemongrass (geprek)
3 lbr leaves
1 tbsp brown sugar
Adequate water + sweet soy sauce + salt + sugar + pepper
Ground spices:
7 pcs of red onions
5 pcs of garlic
2 pcs pecan
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
1 tsp coriander
Noodle Material:
1 pack of damned pigeon noodles (boiled and drained)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Kuah ingredients:
Sufficient chicken broth (sprinkle onion)
Chili ingredients:
Sufficiently boiled red pepper (mashed), stirring boiled water
Supplementary material:
To taste lettuce
Insufficient leek slice (sow)
Insufficient fried onions (sow)
Meatballs
Kripik dumplings
How to make:
Topping Chicken: heat oil. Saute the finely spiced + lemongrass + daunsalam sampe fragrant. Enter chicken meat. Apply enough water, stirring until it changes color. Add sweet soy sauce + salt + sugar + pepper powder. Taste test. Cook while occasionally stirring & water slightly shrinking.
Serving method:
Prepare a bowl of salty soy sauce + fish sauce + pepper powder aduk2. Lettuce. Add the noodles and mix well. Add the chicken topping + meatballs + kripik dumplings + sprinkling of green onions & onions.
