Jiu-Jitsu Training Journal - 4/6/19
Today was a mix of Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu. I hit the bag for 45 minutes for myself then I helped two people by holding mits and doing drills for an hour.
After that there was an open mat. There were a mix of Purple, Blue, and White belts. I rolled for an hour and a half. 3/4 of the time we did Gi and for the rest it was No-Gi.
Part of the time I helped a few of the fighters with opening closed guard and triangle defense. The reason for the triangle defense was the I had a number of submissions by triangle which is unusual for me.
It was a great fast paced workout and I had to go home and take a nap for a couple hours.
