BJJ Training Journal - 5/18/20

Yesterday we trained Boxing, Wrestling and No-Gi for almost two hours.

We started with hitting the Mitts.

After that we drilled some Double Legs focusing on explosion and footwork.

We then transitioned to a number of rounds of No-Gi focusing on flow then we drilled foot locks for 30 minutes.

It was a great workout.
