BJJ Training Journal - 10/10/19

Competition class was today and it was small with one child (girl) and two adults.

The girl is in the final stages of preparation for her first tournament on October 26th.

We worked the start of her game and her half guard game from top and bottom.

She did very well and the two adults learned a new half guard pass.

It was a good class.
