WHAT IS WEKU

The other day I asked "What is WeKu". Well after get no responses I did a little research and discovered the following:

• WeKu is a blockchain based social media site that uses the Steemit user interface. It is identical to steemit in most ways. You can post blogs / images / videos, upvote / downvote, you will earn WeKu tokens, WeKu power, and WeKu dollars. Just like steemit your post rewards are payed-out after seven (7) days, and the value of your vote is based on your voting power. Just like Steemit the more votes you get and/or the more powerful votes you get the more rewards you will receive.

• I have not as of yet found any way to check my current voting power, so I do not know if it works the same as Steemit where every vote you make reduces your power by 2%. If anyone know how this works let me know.

• WeKu (WKU) is a crypto currency that currently is not traded anywhere; we are still awaiting the ICO. According to the white paper the ICO should be late this year or early 2019. The Weku token is going to ICO on Ethereum and there will be a total of 400 million tokens available to trade after one month of ICO. So currently the token has no monetary value at all.

• WeKu is new, about 3 months old. So now is a good time to get on board and earn some WKU. If this site get traction and takes off like Steemit did you stand a chance to make a good buck.

• WeKu is a community that is growing. So far everyone I have made contact with on WeKu has been very kind and helpful. Of coarse as with any of these sites there are a few scammers but they are not the norm.

• But most of all WeKu is FUN. Share your thoughts, share your photos, share your videos, share your know-how, but most of all share your self!
