The Best Travel Destinations in August Part 2! (Haas Picks)

Let’s travel the world and experience the best destinations all over the world, ready to go on a trip?

The world has so much to offer and even after four years of traveling I only saw 13% of the globe! My biggest problem is to find a way in which I travel an earn money at the same time, so if you have any suggestions they are welcome.
But me trying to travel more is not what this post is about, this post is about the best travel destinations to go to in July! Like every month I will post about the “best travel destinations of the month and the best celebrations of the month”
So welcome back to the best travel destinations of may! Make sure to visit all these places to create lasting memories, I hope I can one day!

Edinburgh
Do you want to see a very nice historic city and enjoy a festival that runs for over three weeks? The performers range from Art, classical stars and comedians. This festival attracts many people every year and not without reason if you ask me. I never been but most people from Europe can fly there within a few hours. So what are you waiting for? Buy tickets for the shows you find interesting and be amazed. Don’t forget the fireworks finale! To add to the fun.

Humpbacks Tonga
I was fortunate to be able to be in the pacific for a few months when I worked on a Cruise ship. I saw many beautiful islands and really liked the vibe there. I never been to Tonga but snorkeling with Humpback whales must be the best! Would you dare?
The 15 meter long giants trust snorkelers and swimmers in the clear waters off Tonga, making a very unique experience even more crazy. They give birth from July to September so August is a good month to go for it.

La Tomatina
One of my friends went there and she absolutely loved it! Make sure to be in Bunol, Valencia on the 29th off august, buy some goggles so you want get any Tomatoes in your eyes. For one morning a year the city of Bunol will change into the biggest tomato fight a year. expect around 35.000 to go to combat with and just enjoy the madness.

Kayak with Killer Whales
For all the people that don’t really have the opportunity to go to Tonga to see the great Humpback whales there is another place in the world that offers a nice nature encounter as well.
I lived in Canada for a year and a half and was really impressed on what it had to offer so just book an holiday there and combine it with a visit to Johnstone Strait in BC. So everybody get a Kayak and get in the water!
