How To Move On After A Break-Up! 🤷‍♂️

Hey Steemians! Here are some steps I recommend you to take when you’re having trouble moving on from a break-up.

First Step, Surround yourself with positive people. I know you heard this before, we are the product of the 5 people we spend the most time with. If you’re always around people who are complaining about woman and break ups, then you’re bound to absorb some of that negativity. I recommend finding fun friends who are happily dating or who have been through a breakup and are now happily in a relationship.

Second step, Get support. Maybe a therapist? Just be sure to choose a person who is more action oriented. If you spend countless sessions just analyzing your break up without feeling like you’re making progress, then it may be time to find a new therapist.

Step number three, Focus on becoming your best self. After break up, you may start to define yourself as rejected. This is not true though . You have to remember you get to determine how you perceive things. What if this was a whole new opportunity to create an refreshing life? There’s nothing wrong with you!
