although this new rule can be used by bad guys to steal our personal data for bad things and also this rule is a little complicated still we have to do it or risk our cellular card will be blocked.

This is a very scary move on the part of your government, @herryazmi11! Criminals will always find a way around any kind of regulation. Putting your personal information at risk for theft like this is not a good plan. I'm sorry this is happening to you all.
