Followed by 430 Young Football Players, Juang FC Holds Open Selection
The Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulya Sofyan, Ph.D, attended the opening of the Juang FC Bireuen football player selection open at the Open Green Space Field (former Cot Gapu Stadium) Juang City, Thursday 13 June 2024.
The activity was held in order to find talented football athletes in preparation for the FC Bireuen Fighting Squad to take part in the 2024 competition.
The open player selection process, which was attended by at least 430 young players, was held for three days, 13-15 June 2024 at the Open Green Field (former Cot Gapu Stadium) in Juang City.
The Open Selection for Juang FC players was officially opened by the Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulya Sofyan, marked by the kick of the first ball.
In her direction, the Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulya Sofyan, said that despite the difficulties, the Bireuen Regional Government together with Askab Bireuen and the Juang FC management would try to support it.
"Whatever the story of Juang FC Bireuen, we can treat it as the "new PSSB, so that its enthusiasm and big name can add fighting power to the success of Juang FC," he said.
The hope is for the players to show their best abilities so they can be selected.
"We are sure that if we are selected to be in the core squad for the Juang FC team, God willing, the younger siblings will be used to play at PORA and elsewhere," said Aulia.
That's why this is an opportunity for you to show your abilities. He hopes that the younger siblings will become Bireuen's mainstay players in the future and make Bireuen's name proud.
"We know that Bireuen used to produce many extraordinary footballers and it still does so today.
Happy competition to all of you, hopefully you will be selected. Even if you don't get selected, it's not a problem, there are still plenty of opportunities for clubs to show their abilities.
Previously, the General Chairperson of Juang FC Bireuen, Ir, Saifuddin Muhammad, represented by the General Secretary of Juang FC Bireuen, Said Abdurrahman, S.Sos reported that the selection carried out today was to select Juang FC players who were prepared to take part in the PSSI competition.
As we know, Juang FC is one of the clubs registered with PSSI for the League 3 competition.
This open selection is purely to look for Juang FC team players who are prepared for the PSSI competition, so that once the PSSI competition rolls around we are not in a rush to prepare the players.
It was stated that hundreds of players who participated in this open selection came from a number of clubs that were members of Askab PSSI Bireuen and players who registered themselves openly.
From the hundreds of players, the Juang FC talent integration team will select approximately 30 players. The selected players will become Juang FC's core players and will take part in training both periodically and continuously.
"Juang FC management will provide facilities and infrastructure such as football shoes and clothes for training to the thirty selected players," said the General Secretary of Juang FC Bireuen.
