Inflation Control, Acting Regent Conducts Surprise Inspection of Bireuen Main Market.
Acting (Pj) Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, SH MM together with Forkopimda elements, assistants and heads of related agencies and staff, conducted a surprise inspection in the context of a market operation to control regional inflation, Thursday (10/31/2024) morning, at the Bireuen main market, Gampong Geulanggang Gampong, Kota Juang District.
Also present were the Bireuen District Attorney, Munawal Hadi, SH MH, Deputy Chief of Police Kompol Dwi Arya Purwoko, SIP, SIK, MH, Regional Secretary Dr Ir Ibrahim Ahmad, MSi, Assistant II Dailami, SHut MLing, Head of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs, Irfan, SPd MPd, other heads of related agencies, Head of Kota Juang District Musni Syahputra, SIP MEcDev, Keuchik T Saifunna, ST.
During the visit upon arrival at the Bireuen Main Market, the Acting Regent and related officials immediately walked in relay to meet and chat with several traders regarding the prices of various types of basic necessities for the community.
The Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin at the location said, we carried out a surprise inspection to the market in order to control regional inflation which is one of the government's programs, one of which is controlling the prices of basic necessities for the community so that there is no harm to producers and consumers.
"Alhamdulillah, today the price of vegetables is still stable and for red chilies there has been a price decrease from the previous IDR 30,000/kg, today IDR 15,000/kg of Aceh Pidie red chilies, and IDR 20,000/kg of Takengon chilies, although there has been an increase in the price of cooking oil, cut chicken, the point is that the price is still under control," he explained.
